This CEU explores how trauma-informed care principles enhance ABA practice. Participants will learn how to identify trauma-related behavior, adapt strategies with compassion, and build safe, supportive environments. With case examples and real-scenarios, this training helps ABA professionals recognize the past while building better support in the present. Behavior tells a story which often can indicate that a person suffered through traumatic experiences that are not explicitly known. This training equips behavior therapists, behavior analysts, clinic supervisors, psychologists, and caregivers with practical tools to provide effective ABA services while respecting the emotional safety of each client in bridging science with empathy.
