About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website, published by Pulse Therapy and Learning Center (the trade name of PULSE CENTER LLC), Villa 27, Al Raddi Street, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you agree to them. Therapy services and training programs are provided under their own agreements, which you receive when you become a client or enroll.

Information, not advice

The pages and articles on this site are general information for parents, caregivers, professionals, and schools. They are not medical, psychological, or educational advice about any particular child or adult, and reading them does not create a clinical relationship with the center. If you are worried about a child, talk to our team or to your doctor. In an emergency, call the local emergency services.

Keeping the site accurate

We review the content on this site regularly. Details that change — training dates, fees, insurance arrangements, team members — are correct when published and may change afterward; the center will confirm the current position when you contact us. We cannot promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Training dates, fees, and enrollment

Program pages describe what the center offers. A place in a course is confirmed only by the center, in writing, after registration and payment. Fees, refunds, and cancellations for a course are set out in the enrollment terms you receive when you register. Credentials and certifications are awarded by the bodies named on each program page, under their own rules; completing a course does not by itself award a credential.

Payments

This website does not take payments. Online payments are made on the pages of our payment providers (UrbanLedger and Tabby), under their terms. Installment payment with Tabby is available only with a debit or credit card issued in the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia.

Advertising and forms on other platforms

When you answer one of our advertisements or fill out one of our forms on Facebook, Instagram, or Google, the platform’s own terms apply alongside these, and our privacy notice explains what we do with what you send us.

Using the site

You may read, share links to, and print pages from this site for personal or professional reference. Please do not copy the text, artwork, or design for commercial use, present the content as your own, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools in a way that harms it. The name Pulse Therapy and Learning Center, the rosette mark, the watercolor artwork, and the written content belong to the center or are used with permission.

Links to other websites

Links to other services, such as maps, messaging, and payment pages, are provided for convenience. Those services are run by other companies and are governed by their own terms. Course registration takes place in the Pulse Learning Hub, which has its own terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the center is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
