Villa 27, Al Raddi St., Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai

The short version

You can read this whole website without telling us who you are. It has no forms and no accounts, sets no cookies, and carries no advertising trackers. We only learn something about you when you choose to contact us, fill out one of our forms on Facebook, Instagram, or Google, message us, or register for a course — and then we use what you tell us to reply, to arrange what you asked for, and for nothing you have not agreed to.

Who we are

Pulse Therapy and Learning Center is the trade name of PULSE CENTER LLC, Villa 27, Al Raddi Street, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For any privacy question or request, email info@pulsecenter.ae or call +971 (0)4 395 3848.

This website

Nothing you type. There is nowhere on this site to enter personal information.

No cookies and no advertising pixels. The site sets no cookies and does not use tracking pixels from Meta, Google, or anyone else. If we ever add advertising measurement to our training pages, it will run only after you agree, and this notice will be updated first.

Visit counts without following you. We count visits with a privacy-friendly analytics service that uses no cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites.

Your accessibility choices stay on your device. If you use the Accessibility options panel (text size and spacing, colors and contrast, paused motion, the reading ruler, and the other options), your choices are saved in your own browser so that they apply on your next visit. They are never sent to us, and “Reset all” in the same panel removes them. Read aloud uses a voice built into your device, so the page’s text is not sent to any speech service.

Standard server logs. As with every website, the services that deliver these pages (our hosting provider, GoDaddy, and Cloudflare, which sits in front of it) record technical details of each request — the page address, the time, the type of browser, and the internet address the request came from — to keep the site secure and working. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

When you contact us, fill out one of our forms, or register for a course

You may reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp; through a lead form or a message on Facebook or Instagram, where our chat assistant may answer first; through a form linked from a Google ad; or through the registration and call-booking links on our training pages.

What we collect. Your name and contact details, what you are asking about, and what you choose to tell us. For training: the course you want, your professional background where the course requires it, your attendance and results, and whether your fee has been paid.

Why. To reply to you, to arrange an appointment or a call, to enroll you and deliver your course, to issue and later verify your certificate, and to meet our legal and licensing obligations. We rely on your request or your consent, on the steps needed to provide what you asked for, and on the law where it requires us to keep records.

Please keep health details out of forms and chats. Do not send medical reports or detailed health information about a child through advertising forms, social media, WhatsApp, or chat. We collect clinical information only through the center’s own intake process, once you decide to become a client.

Clients of the center

If you or your child becomes a client, the center keeps clinical records as the Dubai Health Authority requires. Those records are covered by the consent forms and policies you receive at intake, not by this website notice, and they are never published or used for advertising.

Marketing messages

We send news about courses, workshops, and free professional-development sessions only to people who asked for it. Every message tells you how to stop, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who work for us, each for its own part: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) and Google (ads, forms, calendar, and email) for messages, forms, and scheduling; ManyChat for our chat assistant; Google Meet for live classes; Microsoft for the center’s email; GoDaddy for hosting this website and Cloudflare for delivering it.
  • Payment providers. Online payments are handled by UrbanLedger, and installment payments by Tabby. Your card details go to them directly; we never see or store your card number.
  • Certification and regulatory bodies, when you ask us to: for example, the QABA or the IBAO for a credential, and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority for an attested certificate.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers process information outside the United Arab Emirates, under their own privacy terms and safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and registration information only for as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, or for as long as the law requires. Training and certificate records are kept so that we can confirm your certificate if you or an employer asks later. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

Access to personal information is limited to the staff who need it for their work. This website is delivered over an encrypted connection and has no database behind it, so there is nothing about you here to steal.

Children

This website and our advertising are addressed to adults: parents, caregivers, professionals, and schools. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

Your rights

Under the United Arab Emirates’ data-protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to stop or limit how we use it, and withdraw a consent you gave. Email info@pulsecenter.ae and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Links on this website to maps, messaging, call booking, and payment pages lead to services run by other companies under their own privacy terms. Registration links lead to the Pulse Learning Hub, which has its own privacy notice for learner accounts.

Changes

If the way we handle personal information changes — for example, if this website starts collecting anything — this notice will be updated first, and the date below will change.
